    Great location but very big rent increases each year

    Great location - convenient to get everywhere
    W/D in unit
    Friendly staff
    Clean and well maintained building
    Free gym
    Cons:
    Very big rent increases each year. Market rate apartments so they can charge whatever they want
    Lots of students in the building / occasionally noisy at night
    Thin walls / ceilings. Can hear neighbors
    Very small for what you are paying
    Additional monthly fees on top of rent

    Pros:
    Doormen are wonderful, maintenance is quick and helpful when things break, incredible location
    Cons:
    Expensive for what you get. Appliances are not high quality (old school gas oven, crappy washer/dryer)
