Renovated, cleaned regularly, good neighbors

Cons

laundry/trash are technically next door, only one washer/dryer in building, slow landlord response to fix issues.

Building/unit meets basic needs (appliances, storage space, room size, heat/air conditioning), very central location.

Cons

Owners extremely unresponsive and difficult to get in touch with. Not timely even when situations are significant/urgent. Only 1 washer/dryer between 2 buildings.
