    Pretty good place!

    Pros:
    Lots of space, updates, neighbors friendly, no huge issues throughout lease
    Cons:
    Very old building that is obviously slowly falling apart. Ceiling in the bathroom has leaked profusely a few times, but super was always very responsive in fixing it.
    Only 1 super for a ton of units
