    No big issues
    Management was responsive
    Cons:
    One room was too hot and one room was too cold during the winter

    Minimal amenities, good location

    Great location near union square
    Cons:
    No amenities other than laundry in basement. Expensive. Super can be cranky. Too hot in winter. Minimal natural light, particularly when not facing street.
    Advice to owner:
    Wish super was more friendly
