    Pros:
    Decent value in a decent neighborhood
    Cons:
    Very loud on street side. Loud neighbors and unresponsive management. Annoying to take out the trash.
    Advice to owner:
    Try to control loud renter.

    -Elevator opening to your apt is cool when it’s not broken
    -Rooftop is shady but nice
    -Rooms are good sized, so is living room
    -Maintenance workers are responsive and nice
    Cons:
    -Noise levels are high
    -Things are always breaking (sometimes when you’re in them! - elevator)
    -Surprisingly busy/loud street
