    Good location / landlord not awesome

    Pros:
    Quiet
    Excellent location
    Cons:
    Landlord is not very kind
    Have to mail in check and they try to apply late fees at any point
    Mosquito/rodent problems
    They want you to keep trash in apt until pick up day because they have had mice
    Water issues - not always available due to multiple pump issues
