poorly maintained building

Pros:
very convenient location, close to nearly every train line
Cons:
in the time that i lived there, there were mice, cockroaches, and major plumbing issues. neighbors upstairs were extremely inconsiderate
Advice to owner:
reconsider tenant approval policy
