Good place to live

Great management and front door staff Amazing location Well maintained amenities

Hot water took a long time to come sometimes Occasional roaches but nothing crazy

Okay Building - horrible Management + Pest Problems + Cheap Construction
Pros
Great Neighbors, nice gym, great location, doorman are fantastic, amazing rooftop
Cons
pest problems that will never go away, cheap fixes on issues (maintenance teams puts a band aid on issues where it will eventually break again), management is very slow to respond to you, management got rid of storage lockers, management is not open to feedback or working with you on issues you are having.
Advice to the owners
take courses in customer service. we can't wait for our lease to be done so we can escape.
