This building gives the regular, working person an opportunity to live in what feels like luxury. The building is spacious, well kept and the apartments are newly built with brand new appliances. The property is even still in the process of being finished (landscaped and final building, etc.). The maintenance staff works very hard to stay on top of all requests by tenants and disposes of all boxes and garbage in trash rooms. They are seen throughout the building cleaning throughout the week. We can pay rent in various ways - most easily through an online portal. There are also included amenities (gym, court yard, laundry, bike storage, package concierge, etc.) accessible to all tenants.

The walls are very thin… first and foremost. I can hear my neighbors on both sides of me and above. The neighbor who chooses to play their music at 9am on a Saturday and the one who is fighting with his girl till 3am. Additionally, not all apartment buzzers were functioning properly upon move in and some still aren’t so some tenants have to go downstairs to let people in. The package concierge was only recently set up so tenants would have to go to 60 East 112th to pick up packages. The amenities all have operation hours on them which seems very restrictive considering we pay for these in our rent and should be able to utilize them 24/7… (ex:/ Laundry at 1am if I want, Gym at 5am, etc.)
