260 PAS is a gem

Pros:
Love the size, design, layout
Cons:
Twice daily cleaning of gym sometimes cuts into workout time. Rooftop furniture not the best, no bathroom on rooftop so you have to go back down to unit to use it, and only 1 elevator goes to the roof
