    Great space and location, limited amenities
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Huge space, responsive super and landlord, great location, only 4 units so not too many people in and out of the building.
    Cons:
    Water pressure would go out for minutes to an hour, heat was very inconsistent since through radiators, no laundry in building, stairs are crooked so sometimes felt dangerous
    Advice to owner:
    Renovate
