    Super friendly doorman and super, quick to respond to issues!
    Cons:
    heating controlled centrally, gets hot in winter sometimes

    The location and my unit are amazing.
    Cons:
    Building Manager and Super are nasty and incompetent. Board is happy with this and is only concerned with spending more money on projects.
    Advice to owner:
    Rent or buy anywhere else, unless you have a lot of money to burn.
