    Good place to live

    Pros:
    Huge spaces with great lighting on all rooms of the B column! Good noise reduction between room, which made it nice to work from home. Very responsive super, access to laundry in the building, elevator. The area is pretty centric and residential, close enough to subways.
    Cons:
    The laundry is in the basement which can get a little messy and dirty, a lot of the machines didn't work properly, can only pay with cash by depositing into a building-provided card. The basement had a lot of roaches and we sometimes got roaches in the apartment as well. It can be very noisy from all the traffic on Madison and 36th.
    Advice to owner:
    Replace or fix some of the laundry machines

    -units are all pretty good size
    -fixed the water problems
    Cons:
    -location is not great
    -the buzzer has been broken for the entire year of living there
    Advice to owner:
    no need for a doorman during the day if they are not there at night!
