    Building was decent, spacious apartment
    Cons:
    No package room, broken dryers, no natural light

    Ideal situation for us

    Pros:
    On site Super is incredible about fixing and maintaining trash, no pests *on floor 4*, laundry, and accessible location and very very quiet
    Cons:
    Definitely are pests on other floors/in other units, should be more laundry machines as they get full quickly
