Older building, nice area, could be better

Pros

- amazing location, exceptionally convenient - reasonable light for front facing units - virtual doorman that can be accessed via phone is a nice update - apartment community is lovely

Cons

- no roof access - things are breaking ALL the time, fridge, laundry, leaking / cracked ceiling, we had cockroaches and mice - gets really dirty very easily - we had a homeless woman sleeping on ocassion in the front area for a while until management handled the locks and security on the doors - overpriced for what it is
