    Great location and owner who cares

    Pros:
    Amazing location
    Very well maintained building
    Good crew of handymen and supers
    Friendly management
    Cons:
    Washer dryer is old and doesn’t work well
    Noise level from nearby apartments on weekends can really be annoying
    Advice to owner:
    Replace the washer or schedule maintenance more often?
