Renters approve of the building's owners
Laundry in unit or in building, gym in building, has a concierge so I felt very safe. Parking garage located next door.
The heating and AC system were very iffy at times. The AC was not active during the 2 90 degree heatwave days in May and my apartment was very hot and humid.
Improving the AC system before the summer begins and not during the hottest month would be nice.
