    Good for a non amenity building

    Pros:
    Management was pretty responsive, never had a pest issue and there’s an elevator
    Cons:
    Had 50% of my packages stolen and management didn’t put in cameras, super wasn’t very responsive
    Advice to owner:
    Address the package theft!
