    Very central, simple building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Very simple walk-up building, great tenants and landlord, the super Angel is incredible, and the apartments are wonderfully sized.
    Cons:
    Packages have been stolen at times because there is no real lobby, had some mice which is common for housing above restaurants.
    Advice to owner:
    You're doing great!
