Best building I’ve lived in

Pros:
Honestly there’s not much wrong with this building. Sometimes the management company can be unhelpful and pushy, but the super is great and is usually pretty responsive. Neighbors are all quiet and respectful, mail room is well maintained, the street is always clean and the garbage area is taken care of. There were some flooding issues over the summer for the ground floor units, but that was the same across all of NYC. All in all I love this building and the people in it.
Cons:
Management company can be unhelpful and pushy, dirty windows
Advice to owner:
Wash the windows!

Location, size of apts, friendly management and always receptive
Cons:
We had a mouse, but management was always receptive to our complaints/helped us
