    Great landlords, horrible management company

    Pros:
    Beautiful shared rooftop, garbage room & regular maintenance
    Cons:
    Elevator occasionally breaks, takes 2+ months to get renovations done because of the building owners restrictions, none of the utilities are properly labeled
    Advice to owner:
    Do your job properly as someone who built the building. Inconvenience to rest of renters
