    Pros:
    The staff was extremely nice and responsive, nice doormen.
    Cons:
    Pest issues (cockroaches). Scaffolding up that will most likely stay up for awhile.

    Pros:
    - Lots of space for the price
    - Great amenities: friendly doorman, rooftop, laundry small gym
    - Super is very responsive
    - Close to all the subways, restaurants, shops
    - Trader's Joe is right around the corner
    Cons:
    - The building is a bit old but nothing concerning
