Pros:
Lot of storage space.
Cons:
Spotty heat and hot water during winter.

Heat and hot water never work!!

Pros:
Great location, can make noise, rooftop, nice neighbors
Cons:
Heat and hot water are very inconsistent which makes for a miserable winter, leaks through skylights when it rains, radiators make a lot of noise, landlord is unresponsive/ not good at fixing issues
Advice to owner:
Find reliable heat/ hot water ASAP or everyone is going to leave
