    Doormen are very friendly and lobby is clean. convenient spot
    Cons:
    prices are too expensive for the type of apartment

    Great & friendly building staff
    Cons:
    Building gave all units on the corner side of the building space heaters for 6 weeks while they make repairs and aren’t offering any rent discounts. Space heaters cost a LOT of electricity to run and management refused to pay us for this additional electric
