    117 E 37th St great building!
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Rooftop, laundry in basement, bathtub, alcove studio, quiet residents, pretty street view, sunny, huge windows
    Cons:
    Dust from the street is pretty bad (exhaust fumes)
