    Pros:
    Quiet; conveniently located
    Cons:
    New management was greedy; added another bedroom to apts that were already small to begin with

    Great building to live in

    Pros:
    Generally the building is kept clean. Building has an elavator. Apartments have a dishwasher and in-wall AC units (no need to buy your own). There is laundry downstairs in the basement. In-house super very responsive to issues.
    Cons:
    Building has a small elevator and it is hard to move large items. Lots of dead roaches in the basement.
    Advice to owner:
    Really just try and resolve the roach issue.
