    Good Location, OK Building

    Pros:
    The location is convenient. Apartment has generous closet space. If you text directly with owner they are very kind and quick to respond. The handyman that works is the building is very kind and helpful.
    Cons:
    Prior to getting the owners cell phone number it was nearly impossible to get any issues addressed. The building has huge cockroaches. Huge. It’s why I ended up moving. Hot water is also inconsistent.
