    One bedroom - grand central
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Super awesome location. Clean public area (stairs). Came with an AC unit and working heating.
    Cons:
    Heating is loud (but works). Not a typical door to the bedroom/other room. No fan in the bathroom nor kitchen.
    Advice to owner:
    Try and add insulation around loud banging heat pipes.
