SO FAR SO GOOD
Pros
Front desk / Concierge team are extremely friendly and very helpful The views are great and the shared common areas are kept very clean. Quick responses by management For the most part, very quite
Cons
In-unit washer and dryers are a bit smaller and older than I'd like. Elevators can be out a lot but it usually comes back up the next day

Poor Management, Racist Neighbors
Pros
The views are amazing, from the balcony and the rooftop
Cons
The manager is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. *Some* of the tenants are known to be racist (ironic considering the neighborhood they chose to live in)
