First apartment from hell
Former Tenant
Pros:
Cheapish, maintenance would come fix things in a somewhat timely manner but always rude to you
Cons:
-We had MICE all the time, in the stove, on the stove, behind the fridge, climbing through the sliding door, under the bed, etc
-TINY!! This was certainly unhealthy to be living in such a small apartment with mice
-We also had flies, spiders, etc
-Caved in living room floor, you could drop something and it would roll it was so caved in
-Loud, you could hear everything outside, could barely work from home
-Really unresponsive landlords, never answered about the mice and ignored us the entire time
-Leaking pipe in room
-AVOID THIS APARTMENT
Advice to owner:
