    Good for the price

    Pros:
    Benjamin the live in super is great, super responsive, and very friendly
    Cons:
    The water pipes are always clogged/clog up so easily. The heat is turned on a bit late and also shut off a bit late and is just too hot. There's also a lot of pests and the exterminator barely comes.

    Cons:
    Pest control shifted to come once a quarter instead of once a month; natural light is not great; heat is loud, and the bathroom could be cleaner
