Really clean, beautiful renovations (to updated units), quiet street and can’t hear your neighbors ! Management responds quickly and super lives in the building if you need anything. Westside market is on the corner for all of your late night goodies. There’s also a really beautiful manicured park down the block.
Cons:
In winter the heat, cooking gas, and hot water were all shut off as repairs to the building’s main line were being made. They gave us hot plates and eventually reimbursed the purchase of a space heater to compensate. I had to couch hop for 4 months in the middle of a pandemic because I couldn’t even shower in my luxury price tag apartment. Truly horrid. Disaster of a situation but they did reconcile, not sure if it makes up for what everyone had to go through. If the line is fixed then you’ll be ok ;)
