    Just don’t move here despite the price

    Pros:
    Cheaper rent for many reasons…
    Cons:
    Mice infestation, frequent heat and hot water outages with little notice, basement is disgusting and mice ridden with open trash cans and cardboard boxes. Avoid at all cost
    Advice to owner:
    Clean your building and act like you care about the tenants

    Responsive property owners and super. Great location if you love the downtown life.
    Cons:
    Old old building. Dirty with occasional mice problem
