    Expensive but cute building
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Loved the hallway ambience with the chandeliers and checked floors. Double door to entry made us feel safe even without a physical doorman and all the neighbors were young nice and respectful. Laundry in unit.
    Cons:
    Not sure if there was something going on but for a 6 month period our apartment was inspected multiple times a month and they would always tell us it was routine but seemed sus.

    -exposed brick
    -washer/dryer in unit
    -dishwasher
    -hot water
    -garbage management
    -look of the building (super cute)
    -neighbors
    -safety
    -very responsive and quick to fix issues
    Cons:
    -size of apartment is kinda small
    -trouble with heat in winter
    -need to get window AC
    -construction was going on next to building
    Advice to owner:
    The heat needs to be distributed better between apartments in the building.
