Good Neighborhood Poor Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Neighborhood is great and the building staff is friendly.
Cons:
The Super is unresponsive and the building management does not take steps to properly address the issues. Anything other than a minor maintenance issue never gets fixed. Multiple dryers and washers are always broken. Scaffolding is required on the outside of the building because the exterior of the building is so old. There is a courtyard that is not maintained and utilized.
Advice to owner:
Take more ownership as to the quality of the building.
