    Not bad for the price

    Pros:
    Quiet street, large sized bedrooms and living room
    Cons:
    plumbing, water pressure, responsiveness of super and inability to contact landlord directly
    Advice to owner:
    Better plumbing - pipes are always making noise and the walls shake after you use the restroom.
