    Apartments are remodeled inside and modern
    Washer and dryer in unit
    Dishwasher
    Cons:
    Building is old and falling apart
    Mice/rats run through the walls and ceiling and in the hallways
    Apartment has roaches
    Advice to owner:
    Redo the ceiling and hallways of the buildings so mice and rats can’t come and go and keep up with exterminator
