Okay Building, small units

Affordable, good area.
Cons:
Elevator was constantly broken

Elevator in building
Exterminator comes in frequently. Never had problem with cockroaches
Cons:
Small kitchen and space
Can face another building so no natural sunlight
Closet doors are sliding and I would prefer if they just came out
