    Pros:
    floor in apartment is updated
    Cons:
    WORST EVER KENNETH doesn’t get anything done and sits and chills and ignores tenants ALL DAY.

    Management ignores concerns and doesn’t fix anything
    Kenneth is the worst manager I know 3 different apartments that left solely because he doesn’t answer people’s texts
    Advice to owner:
    FIRE Kenneth now and I promise you will get more tenant retention

    Pros:
    Not too busy and little traffic! A lot of restaurants near by!
    Cons:
    It’s sometimes hard because 2nd Ave is so far from everything west. This apartment is nice but old.
    Advice to owner:
    More check ups on pipes, drains, and need better property managers
