    constant rodent issues

    Pros:
    Zero, absolutely nothing
    Cons:
    I had a recurring mouse issue for over a year that the building did nothing to fix - they were combative and argumentative, my apartment was unlivable
    Advice to owner:
    Don’t rent an apartment with a mouse problem
