    Great location in Manhattan

    Pros:
    Great location in kips bay near restaurants, shopping, grocery, transportation, and 10min walk to Madison Sq park. Quiet building with great neighbors.
    Cons:
    Rats outside, mice inside. Across street from NYC public housing.
    Pest control does come, however, and you can sign up.
