    I love it except the pest control

    Pros:
    Very friendly neighbours and building usually smells good. Apartments facing the back is very quiet. Good area.
    Cons:
    Pest control is not there. Feels like I have a fly infestation. No laundry ):

    Clean halls and bag garbage on sidewalk
