Pros:
the apartment itself is fine
Cons:
management does not answer ever, was told there was a live in super when moving in and there’s not, packages get stolen and they don’t do anything about it, don’t respond to calls and emails no matter how many times you try to contact them and when they do and they say they’ll come fix your problem they don’t.

They fired the super and never hired a new one so there’s no one to attend emergencies or maintenance
The heating is noisy (intense banging) and ineffective
