    if you get a good deal, it’s a okay place to stay for few years

    Pros:
    -Location is great, close to lots of things.
    -started rent is affordable.
    -return the deposit back without hassle. As long as you clean it up.
    Cons:
    -it’s not very clean, some neighbors don’t know how to throw their garbage.
    -landlord is very GREEDY, will hike the rent super high, (in our case, was rising 75%)
    -super are lazy, very slow repair.
    -heavy second hand smoke. If you don’t like, try to avoid this building.

    Stop being greedy

    Nice package area, update appliances and security systems
    Cons:
    Trash on streets always smelled really bad
    Advice to owner:
    Clean vents and change lightbulbs in apartments more frequently
