Generally clean and butterfly mx
Cons:
Owner unresponsive about hazards and building violations. Multiple people called 311. High resident turnover.

- nice apartments
- good garbage collection method
- no pests
- close to lots of grocery stores, restaurants, etc
Cons:
- expensive for size and location
- had issues with water pressure and getting heat
- management was slow to fix certain issues
- loud street
