Kept very dirty. Hallways alway smells, to the point that someone keeps putting an air freshener in the elevator. Smell is bad. Garbage piles up. No one takes it out.

Pros:
1. Location to many restaurants. 2. Location to transportation. 3. Location to shopping options.
Cons:
1. Building manager is useless. We had a leak in our bathroom when we weren’t home for a weekend, and he couldn’t get into the apartment because he didn’t know which key was ours.
2. Building is constantly dirty (hallways not cleaned frequently enough and trash piles up)
3. Buzzer has been broken in one form or another since October—doesn’t buzz to apt, door doesn’t unlock, new phone access doesn’t unlock the door, etc. etc. Its been in constant repair, and still does not work.
Advice to owner:
Communicate more frequently to the entire building when issues that effect the entire building are happening, and provide frequent updates to progress.
