Nice building with a clean lobby.
Huge mouse problem! I have lived here less than two years and caught over 10 mice myself. I see them running around my apartment everyday. Pest control comes once every few months and puts down sticky traps but it does nothing.

Super safe neighborhood and building. There’s life (bars, restaurants) a block away but nothing unsafe. Exterminator once a month, never had roaches, had a mice then i clogged the whole and never again. You might see some roaches or mouse in the basement, but the apt are clean, at least mine
