Renters approve of the building's owners
No pests, garbage is regularly removed, neighborhood is amazing, lots of restaurants and things to do. Landlord is very responsive.
Water pressure isn’t the best. Hot water isn’t always constant but rarely an issue, building isn’t dirty but could definitely be cleaner. I’ve noticed several violations posted on the entry door that have to do with water which is concerning
