When I moved in they we responsive and agreed to my lease terms. The apartment was in shambles and they fixed some things. You don't hear the neighbors too much. Apartments are quirky and have good storage.
Cons:
The floors are warped and squeak. Everything is fixed in a sub par manor. MANAGEMENT IS UNRESPONSIVE. I've called multiple times over the past year and they usually keep me waiting 1-4 months. The super is lazy and always seems like he doesn't like me. Many of the issues I asked to be fixed have broken again. If you live here, they stop caring about your needs. There are rats outside.
Advice to owner:
Take more pride in your buildings and start treating your tenants like humans.
