We lived there for 3 years (moved out 2021). Beautiful block, nice apt.
Cons:
The floor was slanted, the renovations were done very cheaply and most importantly we were never able to get in touch with mgt. Took us months to get our deposit back.

Great Building, Mediocre Management

Pros:
I loved living here - the neighborhood is great, the building is clean and the neighbors are quiet, and the super is helpful.
Cons:
Multiple times over the course of the year we lived there we would have to play a week or two long game of phone tag with building management. Management was also pretty unresponsive when it came time to move out. It took us weeks to get in touch with somebody to discuss logistics & protocol for ending the lease and moving out, and and then when we were finally able to get someone on the phone it turned out the name & number I was given for the building manager wasn’t even the right person. Additionally, there was zero communication with us about when they would start showing the apartment, so while I was finishing cleaning the apartment and moving out the last of our stuff, the realtor showed up with visitors completely unannounced and I had to scramble to get my stuff and get out.
Advice to owner:
Make sure the contact information you give to new tenants is correct!
